Timelines

Most orders ship within approximately 4-8 weeks.
In-house builds may take up to 6-8 months.
Shipping timelines may vary based on demand, material availability, and customization.

Powder-Coated Products

Powder-coated products ship at the buyer's risk.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance (available as a $75 add-on), DTFO is not responsible for damage during transit.
In case of shipping damage, if insured, DTFO will assist with claims. If NOT insured, you must file claims directly with the carrier and DTFO is not responsible.

Orders may only be canceled within the first 10 business days of order date.
11 – 20 business day 20% restocking fee applies, deducted from the refund amount.
After 20 business days orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refund processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider.

Lifetime structural warranty on suspension products, except link bars & Portal Plates not paired with DTFO arms.
Wearable parts (heims, bushings, misalignments, stripped threads) are not covered.
Original hardware must be retained — replacements will not be provided.
Warranty claims require product return prior to processing.
DTFO will inspect, then repair or replace as needed.
Processing time: 2–3 weeks (Mon–Fri).
Shipping & powder coat costs are not covered if not the original buyer.
Custom powder coat colors are not covered under warranty.

Requirements & Process

Original hardware must be retained; replacement hardware is not provided under warranty.
All warranty claims require the product to be returned to DTFO before processing.
DTFO will inspect, then repair or replace the product as needed.
Typical warranty processing time is 2-3 weeks (Mon-Fri).
